Shipping & Returns

Return Window:

  • Customers may return a Roamie Sage carrier within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.


Condition Guidelines:

  • To be eligible for return:

    • The carrier must be in like-new condition — unused, unwashed, and free from damage.

    • All original components, accessories, packaging, and hang tags must be included.


Return Process:

  • Email our support team at support@roamie.com to initiate your return.

  • We’ll email you a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Pack the carrier securely in its original packaging and affix the label.

  • Drop the package with the designated carrier.

  • Once received, we’ll process your refund or send an exchange within 3–5 business days.


Shipping Costs:

  • Free returns on all carriers purchased directly from Roamie.

  • For carriers purchased through authorized retail partners, please follow the partner’s return guidelines.


Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable.


Non‑Returnable Items:

  • Final sale exceptions may apply during promotions (e.g., *“sale” carriers), and are clearly indicated at purchase.
